I think fear is what stopping us from helping other people in need or in trouble. How circumstances would have been different if someone did something when they passed by that man.

So should I be sympathetic and be understanding to the rest of the passerby?? I think not. If he took so much of his time and courage to save that woman from being mug, why not the rest??Why is it so hard to make that called to the paramedic??Situations like this are hard to fathom. life *sigh*
