I was looking through my picture folders and Istumbled upon this picture of a plate of char kuay tiow with a big blob of duck egg smack in the middle. This particular shop at Bukit Mertajam Penang sells a plate of this with duck egg for only RM2.80 ,fried in a wok on top of a fire lit charcoal. This was back in 2007.
My gosh this what makes Penang so special.
