pickled my fancy

My Pastor from church gave me this jar of pickled ginger when we were eating lunch for today. Now, I am scratching my head on what to do with it (besides eating it just like that). The other idea I had was tuna or chicken sandwich with pickled ginger.

Well, I've got one lingering question that is always on my head. How much money can the securiforce van brings every time there is money needed at the Automatic Teller Machine or when money is needed to be transported from a place to another place?.( the maximum amount of money)
